Dear Valued Rockdale Memorial Customers,

 

As most of you are aware, some products and materials have become increasingly challenging to obtain. Please be aware that we are working diligently to get our customer’s monuments completed and set in the cemetery as quickly as possible. There has been a shortage of materials and backlogs at granite quarries which in turn is leading to longer delays. Our current production time frame for average orders is approximately 6 – 7 months; however, all imported and overseas granite orders can take up to 10 months for completion. Our goal is to keep all of our customers informed about their orders with the upmost information available.

 We would also like to give you a heads up on selective price changes that may need to come in effect for some granite colors and the continuing increase in cost of doing business. As much as we hate to increase pricing, these changes are unavoidable due to the granite delivery delays and increased cost.
